My planing for Final Reserch Project.

My reserch paper's topic is "A comparison between past and present time's discrimination.
I've already made Survey and Interview Question. I'm going to give Survey to International Students and Native Students. That rate is 50%. Also, I'm going to interview with native speaker in oither college or university students. And then I'll find out the reference book in YorkU library, and using that book's contents. I have 4 articles for my reserch paper, so I can use that. Moreover, I can ask to my friends whose major is sociology.

Speech

This story is about the life of the CEO of Apple which is famous company in the world. He was talking about his life, especially his looking back. When he explained about his life, the most significant point was connecting the dots. According to him, people have to know how to connect the dots people’s life which destiny, life, something like that. Next his story was about love and loss. He compare with love and loss, and he explain about he had got fire, but he guess awful tasting medicine can raise patience. He also said, "Do not lose your faith, and keep going whatever you want to do." Last of his speech, he talked about death. He connected story with his cancer because he want to relate the story using “die”. Nobody wants to die, and nobody has unlimited time. He implied “Do not waste time and follow your heart whatever you want to do.”

Little Miss Sunshine (2006)

Little Miss Sunshine is one of contest for children. Olive wants to be winner in Little Miss Sunshine. Some day, Olive can get contest participation opportunity, so her family travels to California. This Movie is about Hoover family's trip for Little Miss Sunshine. When I see first time this movie, this movie is so crazy because nobody is normal in her family except Olive; Grandfather has drug addiction, Brother doesn't want to speak to anybody until entering Air force, and Frank who is Olive's uncle is gay. But I know something from this movie. Although they sometimes fought each other, they love and try to understand each other. I think that is family. I can realize the importance of family from this movie.

My topic introduction.

My topic is 'A comparison between past time's and present time's discrimination. I'd like to introduce this topic about discrimination. If I introduce this topic, I'd like to explatin 4 kinds of discrimination; women, racism, reverse, and appearence discrimination. Women and racism discrimination belong to past discrimination, other two things belong to present discrimination. This topic is interesting for me because Korea has 4 kind of discrimination. Also classmate will be interested about this topic because their countries have this kinds of discrimination.
